It is clear from the sentiment scores and priority voting that installing aerators or fountains to improve the pond's health is of utmost concern and the highest priority to the neighborhood. It was more than twice as high as the next item on the list.
The south entrance landscaping, signage and irrigation are next on the priority list. This was also the priority that had the most specific feedback. Several families felt there were definite needs for improved landscaping and signage with the following feedback: first, proper irrigation has to be part of the overall plan & second there were a few comments around limiting the scale of the landscaping to what is appropriate for the neighborhood.
The north entrance is the next priority.
Finally, the sentiment value for extending the fence was actually below zero and also had a low priority score as well.
